At Courier Express, we strive to take the guesswork and stress, out of your courier, freight and warehousing needs. We are constantly working to expand and improve our facilities, technology and workforce to serve you better. In 2009, we more than doubled our region staff and increased our roster of independent contractors from 61 to 115. In addition, we added new locations in Gainesville and Tampa while significantly expanding warehouse facilities in Pompano Beach.

"Though we have grown rapidly, we remain committed to giving our customers a high level of personalized service," said General Manager John Higgins. "We want to treat people like family members, not just another number. That means knowing the ever-changing business environment and reacting quickly to meet our customers’ needs." And in the Central and South Florida Region, in addition to significantly expanding our LTL product line, it has meant expanding our warehouse facilities.

"In this challenging environment, a lot of businesses are looking for ways to cut corners and save money," Higgins said. "So, many of them are moving away from brick and mortar. They are looking for others to store, and take care of, their warehouse items. This is where we can offer smart alternatives. We have some of the cleanest, state-of-the-art warehouse facilities in the industry."

As more and more businesses in the area call on Courier Express to handle their courier, freight and warehouse needs, we will continue to add new locations, technology, and staff to meet the demand. "We do whatever it takes," Higgins said, "to earn the trust of our customers."
